CrossFit Games 2011: Day 2

Day 2 at the Reebok CrossFit Games down in L.A. had teams doing a fun combination of muscle ups, deadlifts, GHD sit ups and some running.  It's like "Track Day Gone Wild," and it's a challenge.  The CrossFit Fort Vancouver crew did well and ended their second day with a first place ranking.

The individuals were handed the same workout as the teams down at the track.  Later in the evening they gathered at the stadium and met the Rage Cage.  These are some serious athletes full of heart and determination mixed with a little grit.  My favorite tattoo from the Games this year is found here on Canada West champion, Angie Pye.  It reads, "Perhaps I am stronger than I think."  Perhaps!
