Rocky and Krystle

I posted a sneak peek of Rocky and Krystle's wedding day a week ago, and am excited to show more of their special day.  Officer's Row is such a beautiful setting for a special event, and there are so many options for making it unique.  For this couple it meant driving the bride to the aisle in the groom's antique Ford pickup truck restored by Rocky himself.  We loved this truck and all the fun things we got to do with it!  So here's the full post of the big wedding day full of family and friends on a warm summer day!

Jacob's Sneak Peek!

Wow, is this really the Class of 2012 already?  Time flies when we're having fun shooting senior pictures!  Jacob and I ventured around campus on a warm, gorgeous summer evening last week.  We came up with some pretty cool locations and looks.  It was hard to pick just a few favorites....

Rocky and Krystle tied the knot!  Congratulations to them and their little girl Kylie on becoming a family!  It was a beautiful, warm summer day at the historical Marshall House in the Fort Vancouver Reserve.  Krystle left no detail to chance...right down to their fun sneakers.  Surrounded by lots of family and special friends, it was a perfect wedding day.  Here is your sneak peek!

CrossFit Games 2011: Day 3

Day 3 is exciting and very special in the CrossFit world.  Crowd favorites are cheered and champions are crowned.  We have our own set of celebrity athletes that most of the world doesn't even know about...yet.  I am fortunate enough to be coached by some of the best, so I'll start this post with a recap of the team I like to root for the most, CrossFit Fort Vancouver, "my" Team Green!

As for the individual athletes, they were nothing short of amazing this year.  The final day of the competition tested their strength and determination all at once.  The biggest names in CrossFit like "Iceland Annie" Thorisdottir, Rich Frohning, Navy Seal Josh Bridges, Jason Khalipa, Rebecca Voight, Annie Sakamoto, Kristin Clever, Sam Briggs, Ben Smith, Chris Spealer and Graham Holmberg (to name a few) put on a display of class and athleticism that I won't soon forget.  I was most excited to meet the founder of CrossFit, Greg Glassman, himself.  I hope you enjoy this final entry of my 2011 Games portfolio!
